The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location amidst nature, providing a much-needed escape from the city. The staff is hospitable and makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. The rooms come with their own private gardens, giving guests a lovely view. The breakfast spread and amenities offered by the hotel are fantastic.

The food quality could use some improvement, as some dishes were not up to par. We encountered a few maintenance issues in the room like a broken shower head and a dirty pool.

The natural surroundings were breathtaking! Perfect for a romantic escape. the outdoor pool was refreshing and had an incredible view of the mountains. the bungalow where we stayed was well-equipped and felt cozy. the staff was friendly and always tried to help when asked.

The restaurant food was not up to par and rather disappointing. the lack of options for entertainment left us a bit bored.

This venue is truly luxurious. the Spa centre and sauna are equipped with exclusive amenities, including a massage service and beauty treatments. the outdoor infinity pool on the sun terrace offers stunning views of the garden area. the restaurant serves delicious in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a relaxing drink.

The only minor issue was the lack of pool towels, but the staff quickly resolved the situation.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Everything from the location, to the staff, to the amenities was absolutely perfect.
